Great spot near the gardens!
We spent 3 nights in a cozy standard double room, which was super comfy. The location was perfect, just a stroll away from the botanical gardens and a quick walk to Waverley station. Tom was really chill about everything, making our stay feel private. Just wish breakfast options were a bit better.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Quirks
Had a pleasant three-night stay in a Deluxe Double Room. Friendly service and sparkling clean bathrooms made a positive impact. The road noise was notable, so consider requesting a quieter room. Enjoyed exploring nearby restaurants for local flavor. A solid choice for groups!

Little gem for a cozy escape
I thought the room was fantastic. Proprietor was super friendly and accommodating. Sweet touches Iike Candy bars in case you're starving when you get there, chocolate on the pillows. Out my windows was like my own private garden I could look out upon. Very sweet!
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.
